Starting April 15, 2026, all foreign visitors arriving at Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) must submit a digital pre-arrival declaration within 72 hours before their arrival.
This is a new regulatory requirement from Vietnam Immigration.
The pre-arrival declaration is a digital form that collects basic information about you before you arrive at the airport. It streamlines the immigration process and is required for entry at SGN.
