Welcome to Simplicity Visa. These Terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to our website, application flows, dashboard, communications, visa assistance, airport support, add-ons, and related services (together, the "Service"). Simplicity Visa ("we", "us", "our") operates the Service. By using the Service, creating an order, uploading documents, accepting terms, or paying, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Simplicity Visa is a private visa assistance and travel support provider. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, airline, border authority, or official portal. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by any government.
We help customers prepare, review, organise, and submit information. Final decisions, requirements, timing, entry permission, and document validity are controlled by governments, airlines, border officers, and third-party systems. We cannot guarantee approval, timing, entry, boarding, acceptance, or any travel outcome.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
You may browse public pages without an account. To track an application or use certain features, you may need a secure link, account, or authenticated session. You are responsible for keeping your email account, devices, login links, and credentials secure. We are not responsible for loss caused by unauthorised access to your email, device, or account.
We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe there is fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, payment risk, operational risk, or breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for:
If you submit incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, expired, late, or misleading information, you accept the risk of delay, rejection, extra cost, cancellation, refusal of boarding, or refusal of entry.
Information on the Service is general assistance only. It is not legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of eligibility. You should consult qualified professionals or official sources where your situation requires advice.
After payment, we may begin work immediately. Work may include automated checks, manual review, document preparation, support, quality control, submission, third-party coordination, and status handling.
We may choose the workflow, provider, routing, and timing we consider appropriate for the order. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incomplete, eligibility is doubtful, fraud is suspected, laws or sanctions may apply, payment is disputed, or processing is not practical.
Published processing times, delivery windows, and status estimates are estimates only. They are not promises, deadlines, warranties, or refund guarantees. Government portals, embassies, consulates, payment systems, airlines, border authorities, holidays, outages, manual reviews, and security checks may cause delays outside our control.
You should not book non-refundable travel solely in reliance on an estimated processing time.
You must inspect any issued visa, approval, letter, receipt, or travel document immediately after delivery. If you believe something is wrong, contact us within 24 hours, or sooner if travel is imminent. If you fail to notify us promptly or travel with a document you did not check, you accept the consequences.
Prices are shown before checkout and may include our service fee, official fees, add-ons, taxes, payment processing costs, and operational costs. Amounts may be bundled into one charge. Prices may change at any time before checkout.
Payment is processed through Stripe or another payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We may decline, cancel, or pause orders if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, flagged, or suspected of fraud.
Refunds are governed by our Refund policy. In general, service fees become non-refundable once we begin work, and official or third-party fees are non-refundable once submitted, paid, reserved, or committed. Visa rejection, delay, unused travel, changed plans, customer error, or government decision does not automatically create a refund right.
Airport VIP, fast-track, concierge, courier, appointment, and similar services may be provided by third parties. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, restrictions, capacity issues, rule changes, or service failures by third-party providers, airports, airlines, authorities, or contractors. We may assist with support, but our liability is limited as stated in these Terms.

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data. By submitting information, documents, photos, and payment details, you authorise us and our subprocessors to process that information as needed to provide, secure, improve, and administer the Service.
The Service, website, software, workflows, text, graphics, marks, logos, designs, and content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal travel documentation needs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, frame, scrape, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
You agree that we may contact you by email, dashboard messages, and other contact methods you provide for transactional, operational, security, payment, support, and application-related purposes. You are responsible for monitoring these communications.
Marketing communications, where used, may be opted out of as described in the message or our Privacy policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or free of errors, delays, viruses, outages, or third-party failures.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLICITY VISA AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST TRAVEL COSTS; MISSED FLIGHTS; HOTEL COSTS; LOST OPPORTUNITIES; LOSS OF DATA; REPUTATIONAL HARM; GOVERNMENT REJECTION; BORDER REFUSAL; AIRLINE REFUSAL; OR DELAYS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY ORDER OR CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE SIMPLICITY VISA SERVICE FEE YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF THAT LIMIT IS NOT ENFORCEABLE, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Simplicity Visa and our officers, employees, contractors, partners, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, information you provide, your travel decisions, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including government action, rule changes, portal outages, payment network issues, strikes, war, terrorism, public health events, natural disasters, power or internet failures, third-party provider issues, or extraordinary demand.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Simplicity Visa primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws give you rights that cannot be waived.
Before starting legal action, you agree to contact us at help@simplicityvisa.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Any claim must be brought individually and not as a class or representative action where such waiver is permitted by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy policy, Refund policy, Cookie policy, and order-specific terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us for the Service.
