This Refund policy explains how Simplicity Visa ("we", "us", "our") handles refund requests. It applies with our Terms of service. Visa assistance is time-sensitive work: once we start reviewing, preparing, submitting, reserving, or coordinating your order, costs and labour are incurred and refund availability becomes limited.
All sales are final except where this policy says otherwise or where mandatory law requires a different result. We may approve a refund, partial refund, account credit, or no refund depending on the status of the order, the work already performed, third-party commitments, official fee rules, and the reason for the request.
Submitting a refund request does not pause an application, guarantee cancellation, or guarantee that official fees can be recovered.

These items may appear as one payment at checkout. We may internally allocate the payment across service fees, official fees, add-ons, taxes, payment processing costs, and other order costs.
If you have not paid, there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the application flow at any time.
If you contact us before we begin meaningful work, we may, at our discretion, refund some or all of the amount paid, less non-recoverable payment processing costs or administrative costs. Because our systems may begin work quickly after payment, this window can be very short.
Once we begin review, preparation, quality checks, document handling, communication, reservation, coordination, or submission work, the Simplicity Visa service fee is generally non-refundable. This applies even if you later change your mind, change travel plans, find another provider, submit elsewhere, provide incorrect information, or no longer need the visa.
Once an application, official fee, appointment, airport service, concierge service, or third-party order has been submitted, paid, reserved, or otherwise committed, the related amount is non-refundable unless the authority or provider returns funds to us and we decide a refund is appropriate.
Government and official fees are controlled by the relevant authority, not by us. If an authority does not refund us, we cannot refund that portion to you.

If we determine that a material error by Simplicity Visa directly caused a failed or unusable application, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies:
This does not include errors caused by information you supplied, government decisions, changing rules, third-party systems, force majeure, or circumstances outside our control. Government fees and third-party fees remain refundable only if recovered by us.
If you believe you were charged twice for the same order or there was an obvious payment error, contact us immediately at help@simplicityvisa.com. We will review the payment records and correct confirmed duplicate charges where appropriate.
Airport VIP, fast-track, concierge, courier, appointment, and similar add-ons may involve third-party providers. These are non-refundable once reserved, assigned, dispatched, used, missed, or within a provider's cancellation window. If a provider gives us a refund, we may pass through the recoverable amount after deducting non-recoverable costs.

Approved refunds are usually sent through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks, card networks, wallets, and payment providers control posting times. Currency conversion, card fees, bank fees, and exchange-rate differences are not our responsibility and may not be recoverable.
Contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. If you open a dispute, we may pause support, pause non-essential work, provide evidence to the payment processor, and treat the account as high risk. Improper or abusive disputes may result in account restriction, order cancellation where possible, and recovery of costs allowed by law.
Any refund outside this policy is at our sole discretion and does not create a right to future refunds. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply by law.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
